The Rules: Tell people you take frequent walks when they ask if you exercise. Don't drink wine for 9 months. Get very large in the gut. Say you are feeling fine a dozen times a day. Worry frequently that your baby isn't moving; is missing key facial features; is damaged. Explain to your husband that worrying fends off the evil eye. Fail to understand why he doesn't spend time more time doing the same.
Feel very, very lucky that your body is able to do all this.
