Turkey Balsamico

I'm not admitting that anyone in my family does this, but what would you do if a loved one asked you, as they dressed a salad just before dinner: "Is there any other way to toss this besides using using my hands?"

This is Lazy Gourmet Turkey's Balsamico. It goes great with salad-- especially the kind made with extra love. And grit.

Turkey Balsamico

1 1/2 pounds turkey breast cut into pieces 2" x 1 1/2" x 1/2"
Flour for tossing raw turkey
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

• Cut the turkey, dry it with paper towels and toss with flour.
• Melt butter in saute pan and add turkey. Salt and pepper while it cooks.
• When the turkey is browned slightly all over, add balsamic and cook 10 minutes until cooked through. It will be coated with a syrupy balsamic glaze.
