Ms. Ray

Note the use of Rachael Ray lingo…and if you venture to the comments section, all nasty critique from Rooster should be ignored.

DATE NIGHT DINNER CONTEST

The Rules: In 50 words or less tell about a memorable meal you made for your spouse, loved one or date.

The Prize: A private cooking lesson in the Every Day with Rachael Ray Test Kitchen, dinner for two at a romantic dining spot, a foodie shopping spree, a spa treatment for two, airfare and weekend hotel accommodations to NYC.

The Entry: It was an everyday evening; dinner was chicken with caramelized onions. I was eating alone until my neighbor stopped by. “You’re making the street smell great,” he said. I invited him in. The food and conversation were yum-o and from then on my now-husband and I were good to go.
